Refund policy

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

To request a return, contact us using this form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
